Why so much surplus?

I’m in CSSC- is anyone else wondering where all the calls are and why we’re getting so much surplus? At first, it was offered from 5-7- hardly anyone getting it. And then gradually more time granted to more people; including low seniority reps in the office. It’s almost like a full day being given almost daily. What’s up with that? I know all of a sudden people aren’t calling Verizon.

Possibly due to percent retained. If percentage of call's handled by internal agents are high enough the NRMG (National Resource Management Group) in Texas will reroute specific call types to the overseas vendor space. If a budget issue it allows the org to adjust expense if over budget at end of Month/Quarter/Year.

Sales queue….I’ve already had 20 min idle today…..it’s busy now, but I suspect that after 11 when everyone is on….I’ll be waiting for calls again…..it’s ridiculous…..but that’s ok keep shipping the calls out

They need to just offer the damn SEIPP to the CSSC already. Why would they not declare a surplus with all the time that they are selling? Are they waiting to send us back into the offices to see how many of us the Delta variant knocks off so that it reduces headcount so that there's no need to offer us a package? Anything is possible with these "people", put nothing past these bastards.

People ARE moving…..3/4 of my sales are moves, and about half are started online….they call in because our website is such a s$&/ show…..I know the companies goal is to get everyone online….however it’s so lame it’s job security lol…..

I have seen this before…..you don’t go from mandatory ot every day for years to M time over night….the calls are being shipped and we all know it…..go ahead pay them and me too….id--ts…….I had 2.5 hours of dead air today….

Houses are selling the quickly but few people are moving and volume is low at least where I live which is why anything sells quick.
That and online ordering to just get internet or not at all. 4g router updatable to 5g might cut it down further.

People in Ma are moving like crazy, also college is starting up. If I had to guess when someone calls in they are directed to put their order in online.

Our director told us that it’s because nobody is moving, that they are not shipping out calls…..what a joke when it’s all over the news houses are selling in hours….
