Fear based management

Instead of inspiring employees to do great things, managers at Fiserv use fear to control people.
What will they gain by spreading fear? Is there anyone whom fear keeps compliant, docile and productive? Certainly not the best employees. The best ones are looking for new jobs or have already left here. I dread their way of managing and treating people.

That is why they have a 400%+ increase in jobs openings since the merger, because they can't keep OFS or OFD folks and fill the empty seats.

Maybe they should look at what Capital One does to retain talent !
