Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

I have a question for new hires

Those who've been here for up to a year. Why join? You must have known this place is a mess. You must have known that you'd get no chance of furthering your career. You must have known that pay and benefits are subpar. Thanks to sites like this one and Glassdoor, things like that are public knowledge these days. So why join when the job market is booming?

New hires or any recent people hired in the last 2 years, just used this company for a better career. This company has the worst pay, incompetent leaders and bad work environment. Anytime a company tells their entire staff to RTO in the middle of pandemic should tell you they don't give a damn about you.AVOID THE SHLITHOLE OF AMERICA!!!

I'm not one of those new hires...but throughout my life, the rule has been "any port in a storm". You take whatever comes along first so you have money coming in...then keep looking. It's way easier to get a job when you've got a job, than to find one when you are unemployed.

I know the bank hired interns and analysts remotely. Then they were told after RTO they must relocate.

I bet half of those folks will just find new jobs. They're dealing with a digital generation who does not respond well to these kind of antics.
