Anti harrassment training

I recently finished the anti harassment training. Does it bother anyone else that political beliefs are not a protected class according to USlaws? Religion is, and that is matter of personal beliefs. It bothers me that as a conservative, my views have been brushed aside ...where is diversity and inclusion in accepting me?

And , I expect some hateful comments because ...haters are going to hate, so please keep it civil and respectful. Thank you.

Yeah, Fiserv does not allow Christian's religious beliefs in the daily work life, but other religious are fine. For instance, in multiple locations we celebrate Diwali (traditionally is celebrating the Hindu goddesss of wealth, prosperity, etc..), but if you say Christmas at work you will get in trouble. The snowflakes will get triggered and run down the hall to HR crying about how their safe space has been violated by his religious comments because he said Christmas.

You may laugh, but this happened a few times. The questions is, have you seen this too ?

Which of your views specifically have been brushed aside?

A large divider in the political spectrum is compliance vs dissent.

Corporations rule America, which one do you think they prefer? Identity politics (diversity) is largely a distraction, part of the "divide and conquer" strategy.

Conservative in 2021? Its only gonna get worse my friend.

Interesting comment, not really related to Fiserv. I tend to agree with you though to a point. If you want to wear your MAGA hat go for it. But just don’t talk about your politics at work. I don’t want to hear about your religion or your political beliefs. But I will respect your freedom to believe what you want even though I might not agree.
