hahaha you think that stoopidity will work? If you've ever received any vaccinations in your ENTIRE life, you won't be QUALIFIED for any RELIGIOUS EXEMPTIONS. All of a sudden you are all calling your gods and goddesses to vouch for you. You're funny. Jehovahs Witness are even receiving vaccines. What are you AMISH? LOL

As for medical, that will need to be signed by/verified by your doctor. You cannot just DECLARE you are unfit because you have ASHTMA. Good luck finding a doctor that will VOUCH for that. T is not d-mb and their lawyers THOUGHT this through.

You must file for either religious or medical exemption. The forms are on HR OneStop.

A medical exception could be required to get reauthorized and may require a doctors validation. That is unclear to me thus far.

A religious exemption is onetime with no authority to validate other than your own reasoning. However it must be approved so make your case unassailable.

Mine will be “I serve the one and Only Living God! Creator of all things. Through Him I have been given a functional immune system, discernment and freedom for when and how to treat my body. I can not and will not serve any other false god or religion including the pagan practices of Scientism. I will not bend a knee to practices that are contrary to the fundamental and first commandment of my faith to “Serve no other god.” There are other commandments I follow everyday in my work including not to steal, not to lie, and to love others. This includes those whom slander and defile my God and his teachings of which I see supported everyday in our organization. For this reason i am requesting permanent job accommodations to work from home as long as mandatory vaccination and masking policy is in place.

Hope that helps

You can be fired for anything, or nothing at all. The vaxx is just the latest hysteria and they are using it as an excuse. If they want X amount of people gone they will get X amount of people, after that it will not make any difference if you are not vaxxed because they will have reached their "quota" (one of their favorite words) and no one else will be in danger. All these hysterical people just fan the flames and strengthen their ability to force trial, experimental injections on people with no possibility of recourse when people die or get sick or dis-abled from the mandatory injections....

Once they decide there are too many people being let go they will no longer be interested.

Yes you will get fired and that record follows you everywhere, so you are screwed unless you have a legit exemption.

You antivaxxers will all bend the knee in the end, no one else will pay you what you’re getting now and your vast epidemiology studying on the toilet (and on Newsmax!) does not qualify you for an accommodation. Get the vax or get out?

This is a good time and opportunity for all employers to shed themselves of their dummies.

Yes, and you should be terminated. You work for a telcom corporation that implements technology based on science. If you don’t have enough common sense to understand scientific benefits of the vaccine, you aren’t a good fit for the company.

A violation of the Code of Business Conduct will result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.

Not only can you be fired, but you will also not qualify for unemployment if you lose your job for not getting mandatory vaccine! Google it. Now that more companies are mandating vaccine there’s a lot of legal info being posted on the internet and all responses seem to indicate you are screwed if you don’t comply to company policies. Sad times.

Employment is at will in most states unless you have an employment contract. Which means they can fire you for pretty much anything as long as it illegal. Everyone has a choice to make. For me, telling me I have to take the shot is a red line. I will not put something into my body that I don't agree is safe long term or in my best interest. If they fire me for that, I'm okay with it. Others feel differently and it doesn't bother me. But AT&T is playing a game of chicken with a large portion of the employee base.

Yes, you can be fired. Clearly states in the FAQ it is a COVC violation if you do not attest by Oct 11. New policy.

No. You cannot be fired if you refuse to be vaccinated. You can be terminated if you violate the COBC, though. Every employee must sign off that you agree to adhere to those guidelines annually.
Nothing to worry about.

They’ll probably move you to a wfh position, customer service call center or something.

Yes, without a doubt, unless you have a valid exemption that will be documented.
