You take the retention agreement, you get something like 10% of your salary on top of severance. you take a job with HCL and that is null and void. Severance only. Go somewhere else you get both.

Honestly, HCL has been great! After 4 yrs of worrying about my job, I finally feel comfortable, even if they move me to a different account.
In secret? To stay with Ascension or with new overseas company?
