Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

This is a new company every few months

People just come and go. Employees stay shorter and shorter. Some will only be here for a day. Basically, that way this is a new company every few months, with brand new people.
It may be profitable for this company now, but is it good in the long run? I think it is not and that it has its huge risks.

Best job I will ever have is the one I am going to in 2 weeks.

The worst job I ever had was before this place.

As for this job it is okay.

Apparently no risk at all. Amazon has built it's company on keeping its workers 6 months or less. Amazon calls it their short term employment model. https://www.businessinsider.com/amazon-polices-based-jeff-bezos-belief-all-workers-are-lazy-2021-6
