I felt there is a wall between management and its associate, we had been waiting for to knock this wall down so all associates will push it together until it fully collapsed, as long as when chance arise, bofa will fall and receive punishment just like Wells Fargo in 2008.

Not gonna happen, we don't have bargaining power, unity of the people, nor political backing. The company owns the political system via K street, campaign donations, favors to the ruling class, portfolio management and bribes like that. This company and the likes, provide the capital for national and international business, trade and investments. Financial sector is too systemically important to let the sheep have a say so on any matter along the lines of fairness or democracy. Well, maybe there is a little window dressing with DE&I or superficial $hit like that for social optics . You must be new to this industry, we are just human resources reduced to employee numbers, stacked and ranked, competing for survival while providing a profit for a cost center...for a short period of time. Now get back to work, next thing you want is word peace.
