What does Crown actually expect from an employee? To work for several people and be grateful to have a job? This is awful. I love my job and have always been a hard worker, but the amount of work now done by a single employee is humiliating. People are afraid of losing their jobs, some are afraid to try something new from the beginning, but I’m almost certain that a lot of people are leaving even though they don’t even have an alternative, because this is really unbearable.

Crown is a real estate company, not a telco
People act like crown is the end all be all of wireless, because even as bad as it is now it's still the best in the game. Based on your calling it "telco" am assuming you're in the fiber side and come from utility companies vs wireless. That's line unions vs tech cowboys, very different worlds. And I don't mean that as a slight at either, just as someone who's done both for a long time they're not the same industry.

Plenty of telco's out there are looking for good people like yourself. Life is too short to be overworked, stressed out and underappreciated by your employer. The 3 B'S went out the window a long time ago.
When the layoffs happened last time, I absorbed another person’s position without any increase in compensation. Still, they keep trying to add more to my plate. My work life balance is terrible now.
I’m almost embarrassed I’m putting up with this.
If you don't voice this to your management, then take your skills and hard work to someone who will take better care of you. Crown Castle is noty life, merely a corporate entity that is focused on making money off the hard work of the employees that work there. The only reason they are successful is because of people like you. They need competent skilled people, and they are running people into the ground for profit.
