How many people think working at Olathe is like being on a plantation?
Maybe we all need to start singing songs like deliver us from all this overtime !!!

The captain of Cedar Creek will steer us into the right direction avoiding any rough currents to take us under.
All hands on deck for the All Hands Meeting. Aye Captain
The writing is on the wall for Cedar Creek. Everything they are doing now, that people scratch their heads about, is to prepare to sell it off in Q4. I've done my time, but I feel most sorry for those who were hired out of school, relocated, and had hoped for a career with Honeyhell.
Unlike a plantation, my mandatory OT is done in air conditioning and after the bosses leave I can pour a stiff drink and surf some web. You gotta work smarter not harder!! Easy Money
You reap what you sow! You exist to serve this ship, Row well and Live 41!
Look at how many people that transferred from Wichita and Renton are leaving now and not staying. Plus all the open job requisitions that they can’t find people to fill.
Those first two replies sounds like HR trolls or some overtime junkie brown noser tech with a big fat stomach
Nobody can force you to work overtime. Mandatory Overtime is fake. Employers do not own your lives.
Management at Olathe is horrible and no long term career here but it not a plantation.
A hideous analogy. Quit if you don't like it. Stop acting like you aren't responsible for your miserable, pathetic life.
