We're all sick of the abuse, the low pay, the inequities, the nepotism, the favoritism.
If we were union, 99.999999% of all these abuses of power from Mondelez against the employees would not be allowed

We are some of the lowest paid sales reps in the industry as well as other industries. So, I'm not sure where you are getting paid fairly from?

Mondelez is an employer of choice committed to the growth and development of its employees. Mondelez pays fair wages. A union would eat into those wages!
