Any $200 bonus for being updated in their portal plus some $3 food coupons they are offering in Charlotte would be negated within a month from commuting/parking costs.

It's really another insult in what's become a consistent pattern with BofA's leadership in their communications around RTO and their posture on not allowing flexible work arrangements.

$200 bucks is nothing for what you are putting in your body. Nobody knows what else will happen in the next few years once you have that experimental vax in your body.

ASk BofA to sign an agreement to support you for life or for the time you suffer from any side effects, mental and physical. Depending on what we find out later about the vaccine, proving that you are fully vaccinated may also work against you later. Notice how they are changing the rules all the time re: vaccine. First it was no mask needed and you will never get COVID again. Now it's also mask on regardless of vax status and possibly a 3rd shot. Then people who are vaxxed are reporting forgetfulness, etc. What else will be discovered next?

Seems employer wants all the benefits and luxury of having employees get the vaccine but does not want to bear any of the burden and risk that comes with the vaccine. Be smart and have them sign an agreement to bear some liability for side effects since you will not be able to sue the pharma. There needs to be accountability somewhere if you are going to put your health on the line.
