Personally, I don't think we will ever have staffing like we used to, but I wonder if there is an optimist who thinks we will?

The phone companies used to be fully regulated by each States SCC. Their prices were based on their costs. So, the more money they could justify spending the more they could charge. Those days are gone and they are not coming back.
So this is what the path to mass store closures looks like.
How do you REALLY feel?
I hate to be a pessimistic person, but Verizon will NEVER regain the amount of retail workers with anywhere close to the level of pride that was enjoyed years ago…because of their INCONSIDERATE, GREEDY, ANTI-EMPLOYEE, STUCK-UP-THEIR-A-S, TASTELESS, BLIND, STUPID, THOUGHTLESS, way of treating their frontline workers. We don’t expect a whole lot, but what we didn’t expect is to have been treated than worse than ever before. I hope they continue to lose frontline employees by the scores, not just so that these retail peeps can experience a better life, but that this arrogant, stuck-up, sad excuse of a company gets what’s coming to them.
Dude why would do you want to be here in the first place. SHMH!
