At Greengate they are already renting out 25% of the floor space, and the firm that has it have said they could fill all the space if they were given the chance. So in summary Greengate could be next

I heard that Captain Elf gave business units until the end of q1 2021 to reach that target but that date passed and nothing has been done so more plain white smoke. Anyway who would buy any single part of No Obvious Value these days, the buildings are all too big and carry too high rents for today’s markets

Who is going to eat dirt first ?

None of them are making 15% EBITDA! On an adjusted basis (i.e. sprinkling lots of fairy dust) only Wellbore meets that criteria on good years, Rig meets it some quarters, but on average they closer to 10% than 15%. CAPS is the stinker here… but finding a buyer for the commoditized products will prove difficult so most likely a big write-off there!!

I haven't heard anything but it sure sounds real. Also sounds about 2 years too late.
