Of course they know who scored and said what on this survey, everything else is monitored so why not this? How else was my team leader able to know that a rep on her team wrote that they hated her on the Pulse survey? Like union told us the first day on the job some 25-30 years ago, don't sign anything but your paycheck...smh
If you have a sh-t boss, don’t fill it out
If your boss wink winks, gives you paid days you don’t have, let’s you come in late, leave early, covers himself by covering you, then fill it out.
Don’t be a Di-k.
The next survey will just be one question to ask if you have heard of vzpulse. Scores improve and bonuses for all the execs take that gartner group.
Don't do anything for this place
Best advice stay silent. Give them top ratings. You cannot change a unhealthy work place. Also remember HR is not your friend!
I left my previous manager very negative reviews on two pulse surveys last year. She retaliated by putting me on a PIP. Even though I was 84% YTD. Be careful what you say.
Why do pulse survey if none of my needs were addressed 4 pulse surveys ago.
Why do the union vice presidents call everybody demanding to know if they did the pulse survey?
It's an optics game. Execs with higher engagement levels for the "voluntary" survey are viewed more favorably.
You know, they know who did and who didn’t fill these out right? They also know what scores you enter.
Damn , I already filled with minimum score possible. My manager did not even show us the result of previous survey. Very deceiving
What is the prize? A bucket trucker helmet with a union sticker on it?
