Every Monday I am anxiously waiting to put all 10s into my favorite survey tool. This is my first achievement of the work week. Kinda like making a bed at the Marine Corps .... and my morning dosage of soma follows right after.
My management line stopped acknowledging or responding. How much is Peakon being paid for all the feedback to fall on deaf ears? Another wasteful initiative.

And the scary part is that some of our management and board are so illiterate they probably never heard of George Orwell.
Yet another example of what happens to an organization when the least qualified and most incompetent make it to the top.
