Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

Retirement announced

Anyone has thoughts on the Montag and Funucane announcement? Feels like weird timing.

TM was a huge proponent of RTO. The NYT article pulled no punches on showing his true colors where he punished those who refused to work in office in NYC during the pandemic, and rewarded those who did. Good riddance.

  1. F. was class. Wish her well.

I always thought of Finucane as a class act and wish her well. As for TM no big loss.

Even they don't want to risk returning to the office

Bessant is the worst. She cut a bunch of MyWork employees because they couldnt relocate to Texas. One of them had over 35 years and these guys were irreplaceable from GWIM.

TM was probably bad press...scathing NYT article. His buddies like Fab and others also got the same treatment...though the apple does not fall from the tree. "Retirement" lol.
Not sure about AF.

Can we get another for Bessant? She needs to go. Everyone has had enough of her poor leadership in GT&O.

The bank needs fresh forward thinking leadership!
