I have been working at Mondelez for several years and yes, the company treats employees very badly. I am not here to defend Mondelez, that is for sure, however, I have worked in other companies that also squeeze employees just as much if not more. Mondelez is not unique in that.

Perhaps the problem is that we expect a lot from corporations, which have never particularly respected the ordinary employee. I know, it’s perfectly normal to expect a little more respect, but I don’t believe we’ll ever get that here. I decided to change my attitude, I only work for paycheck and I don’t expect anything more.

Before Mondelez was spun out of Kraft, there was accountability..that went away. Things took a terrible turn! The grass is so much greener on the other side...thank goodness I left!
I have worked for other companies.
I have never been treated as poorly by any other employer as I have by Mondelez.
I have worked for other companies too, which I have yet to experience the cr-p I experience here.
