Who cares what these executives make a year. These dudes need to start making smart decisions for the company. I think the RTO decision is asinine. These id--ts are sending thousands of employees back to the office in the middle of a pandemic. This is going to be a disaster for the employees and the company.

SB shouldn't fall under consumer. Commercial clients - SB or not- are not consumers. SB should be under the commercial bank. Until then, bankers and clients will continue to leave in droves. Strategic or stupidity?

Brian T. Moynihan, Chief Executive Officer, received $26M in total, which is about the same as previous year. 91% of Moynihan's compensation, or $24M, was in stock awards. Moynihan also received $674K of change in pension value and nonqualified deferred compensation earnings, $1.5M in salary, as well as $241K in other compensation.
