Policies, where to find them?

Looking to find out some information and is there a "policy book" with all of said information all on one place. Or will I just have to look up exactly what I'm looking for through their awful search engine on the wire that is wildly particular.

I don't know specific policies on the wait time. I do know you can't transfer. You have to quit. Then apply for taste and tips. I know one person who did but I don't recall how long the gap was. I was told by taste and tips is manager that for their associates to come to Sam's, they have to wait 2 weeks. I assume that wait period goes both ways.

I’ve been told I cannot work for demos. Sams was given two weeks, and am leaving on good terms. GM caught word and is shutting that down….saying that I would need to wait 30,60 or 90 days? GM hasn’t spoke to me about it. Demos has however, and is the only reason why I know anything about what’s happening in the first place. Person from demos really wants to, most of the process are already done to do so. Yet Sam’s and our GM have taken people from demos, no waiting or stipulations. I know that demos are contracted to Sam’s. I just don’t know what the real rules and regulations are. If it is true, well then I’ll just have to deal with it. But if it’s not, I’d like to know either way.

Yes, worst search engine ever and most things are never what I am looking for or up to date. But yes, to the wire is where you will always be directed for anything. What is the policy you are looking for, perhaps I can help?

Also, you can check to see if there are printed versions somewhere in the club, it just depends on the policy you need.

I'll agree on one thing, their search engine is the absolute worst search engine in the history of search engines. I've noticed if I add an "s" to the end of some words, I'll get a different result. An "s!"
