Changes are coming down the pike. Club managers had mandatory call where NDA had to be signed. Big changes to be announced this week.

I am the OP, and it was the door greeters being merged with membership and cashiers. You have to be able to work in all 3 areas so It displaced some of our older greeters that cant be cashiers
Ok. So no more dedicated door greeters. Alright now cm going over legendary member service. What else could they announce? Not really big changes. The writing was on the wall for that role. Now if they bring back HR to the clubs then that would be a big thing.
Just a bunch of stuff from going to all self checkout or scan and go to eliminating more positions, going third party in some areas and ship from club and deliveries. Last but not least. Carwashes at all clubs
I have been harassed for 2 days 1 will at home to answer if i have been vaccinated. They said answer yes no or prefer not to answer. My opinion is they are seeing how many people they will actually loose if they make it mandatory. If they think they can operate with loosing people then I believe it will be mandatory. No fact behind this just a long term concerned associate opinion.

I really doubt they are going to be letting people go especially with covid. We are busier than we have been in years! They also cannot find people to work so....

Ours had a call then he told us next year they will be self checkout ship from club and maybe delivery to house service

Can confirm that there was a big mandatory call but no idea about NDA store manager told me she couldn’t talk about it
