They are acting all gracious with the minimum pay of $25 per hour but that pay will put you over the amount of insurance premiums not increasing. They are failing to warn people they may actually bring home less money because of it.

$50 bucks. The documentation said increases are tied to your salary. Did you get a big increase recently?

Premium for what? There are some magic ages (e.g., multiple of 5 like 55) when life ins premiums can jump.
