Federal Mandate for Federal Contractors

Vaccine will be mandatory for all federal contractors.

I wonder how this will cause employees to go work elsewhere .

Chump's bootlickers are going down hard everywhere. They are amongst the most useless and incompetent employees in any organisation they infest, and this is an excellent opportunity to get rid of them.

I don't contact Gov personnel in my job. I will test weekly. I can take a day off for their dog and pony shows.
I am banking on the lawyers interpreting this as I do.
Not saying what if they don't.

She is calling in the National Guard & those with lapsed licenses to fill 72,000 highly skilled healthcare worker jobs? This would be laughable except that tens of thousands may d.ie.

Assuming Honeywell intends to go ahead with their indefinite unpaid-leave gambit – now might be a good time to review the “Constructive Termination” laws to ensure compliance with the statute when you eventually have to quit.

I’m half way vaccinated and it made me feel like po-p with bad arthritis. I didn’t want to do the first one and really really don’t want the second. Considering leaving over that and just bad vibes all around.

They won't fire you for not getting vaccinated, just like if you wouldn't consent to their mandatory testing of the unvaccinated. They won't fire you. You just get put on unpaid leave forever more.

The last corporate communication said Honeywell was still deciphering those mandates. Unless you guys had interactions locally. I'm not in the federal contractor space so I dont expect it to apply to me. I'll do the weekly cr-p test. Plus office is still closed. Do I do the test from home? Gotta laugh at these d-mb rules.

In the case of being considered a federal contractor, the HR Karen stated that they would have to start implementing measures no later than October 8th.

My legal counsel advised me to not resign even if they pressure me, but instead make them fire me. This will give the best legal standing in the lawsuit they are preparing & force HON to foot the bill for unemployment (at least in my state).

Besides, health, police, fire, and other sectors having to stop certain operations, the already short supply of truckers will also be decimated by the mandates. A shortage of TP will be the least of our worries when the shelves are cleaned out of food.

@1frb+1d0E1Y94. True that what's next can't ride motorcycle or drive a car , drink, what to eat , fly, and so on since all can be unsafe like a test dr-g they want force on us. Wish they just get over it who wants a vax or not and be done with it. Life to short. But they sure are stressing everyone over this. On by way secure borders too where sure alot Disease coming in too.

I think we probably have about 3 weeks before they roll out the mandate, a few weeks of unpaid leave after that to try bully/convert the last few stragglers - and then terminations by December 15 to save on the company match!

On the other hand my wife age 50 developed arm tremors and an abnormal ekg in the hours after receiving the first dose of moderna. Many tests have followed including yet another cardiologist consult next week. Doctors say this is a known side effect and may require lifetime medication or ablation surgery of the heart to correct. Simple facts.

You play the lottery hoping to win. The odds are much better that you will win a side effect especially as a women or young male.

More open factual discussion is needed.
Seeing a lot of issues for women that are going undiscussed. I am vaccinated.

You'd better stock up now on the essentials, learn to grow your own food, leanr emergency medicine, and learn to defend yourself. @mmk: The President Biden vaccine mandate, if it survives federal court lawsuits, is for all USA companies with over 100 employees. It is not by any means final at this time.

Where else will they go, if other Aerospace companies have to toe this same line? BTW, I am vaccinated so I don't see what the big deal is to begin with. Got my 2nd shot six months ago. I'm doing fine.
