Anyone else concerned about this? I see some SSR and Remote Support names in blue pages now showing a second entry as a Kyndryl contractor. I thought TSS was supposed to go to Systems group. I guess not. We are too expensive and do not fit in India Business Machines grand scheme of things. It's sad to see a company that was founded as a hardware company to now becoming a software cloud company being run primarily outside of the US.

No, there have been many ID issues with the Kyndryl spin-off. I have employees who’ve been erroneously set up with Kyndryl email and blue pages and had to get it fixed.
If you are a direct enterprise account (think big mainframe and big power and storage) TSS will be part of IBM. Everything else will go the way of the dodo. IBM can’t afford the HW or SW business outside of enterprise engagements It’s all about margins
