While working with tech support today, I had to lookup my computer name and IP for him to remote in. There's a tab in MyInfo that shows VPN hours going back all through last year, month by month. I saw some months where I was working 240+ hours per month last year. They know who is in and not in the office just based on that and badge swipes.

@1adx+1d20sbGj I feel like I'm being punished for providing the vax status in the portal.

@1lwb+1d20sbGj Manager told some employees that they could WFH until he had to start tracking who is there. In other words, there doesn't appear to be any enforcement of RTO in my area in CLT at this point. Some who are in the portal and were given an RTO date initially returned to the office but won't continue commuting in until more associates are asked to return as well. Some of the 10-15% who were given an RTO for being in the portal felt like they were being unfairly singled out for return while the majority are still WFH.

Heard our floor in CLT had about 10-15% return to office but those numbers are going down as some have reverted back to WFH since the 9/9 return date

No idea, my floor is pretty empty...I would say 5% full if that. Another wave coming in next week
