We just had 5 people let go in CSWT (wont name the org) and 2 more left this week because of RtO. So not only is the Bank quietly doing layoffs, they are pushing everyone and anyone who dares to quit....smart short sighted strategy to pay BM and his exiting cronies their massive bonuses.
Im supposed to do all this work left behind while exposing myself 5x a week by a stupid pointless RtO policy...
Today for the first time in 8 years I applied for my first time outside of BofA.
