Does Dell ever push back on state unemployment benefits for laid off employees? I have to re-up and unemployment is waiting a response.

I was laid off last year and I'm still getting my pay check deposited into my bank account every 2 weeks,
I was laid off last year and had no problem with that at all, and you shouldn't either (should it happen), it was a very easy process for me.
If you weren't fired you should be fine, but DEll HR is pretty lazy and my state unemployment had to reach out twice to Dell HR for confirmation .
