People here need to build thicker skin. Is Nike your first job? If this is your introduction to corporate America I could excuse some of the comments. But I doubt most of you are new, so you should know better by now. Do your job for the pay you are owed and then head home. All this other cr-p is just noise.

Wait, it's not normal for every category, function, GEO, etc. to have 10 layers of management on top of another ten layers for where they all intersect each other?
Nike is an organizational abomination. I have worked for several massive corporations, before and after Beaverton, and I can confidently say that working at Nike is unique - in the most horrible, erratic and mind-bogglingly way you can imagine. I’m a couple years removed but looking back it was like being trapped in bizarro corporate America, with their own sports-infused language and everything
