It's really a shame. This is a pretty good company, but I don't see how we can become a technology leader in the 21st century while we adhere to 1990s business practices. The very idea that bringing workers into offices will lead to better team building is ludicrous. Follow the path of the real technology leaders, not antiquated factory models. Read the articles on LinkedIn by industry leaders and understand the environment of the modern workplace and learn to use it to your advantage rather than working against it. This company could achieve greatness. Management, it's yours to lose.

So if we all need to be in the same place, what about the 85% of my former team that's in costa rica and NZ?
Anyone who believes that having a team in 20 different cities working from home will outperform a 20 person team who are together is just not being honest.
