I mean when the CEO purchases/leases an old furniture store to avoid working from home, there is obviously a disconnect. Thought the “Frank’s furniture store” talk was a joke… but it’s not. Shoving back to office initiatives into the face of employees after touting how well we did during a pandemic where the majority worked from home is asinine. But what do I know…

The new office in nj is actually in a beautiful office park in Berkeley Heights. Connell Drive, the building selected for buildout will be gorgeous, modern and state of the art.
Yeah, the OFD people have no clue how much sh-t they are tolerating. If you are getting the relocation request. Take the package and update your skills to nab a new job. This company has lost it's mind on how to keep top tier talent.
