Has anyone heard that employees that have been there for more than 7 years? I read that on here somewhere but I can't find it now. If you do know do you know if u won't be there 7 yrs until December will you get that dollar then or no? Thanks in advance just curious.

Thanks for the comments everyone I had just saw that somewhere and was curious had anyone else saw that. I knew club pick up was going to 16 but I only get 70 cents. I mean anything better than nothing right? But would be great for people when they passed the 7 yr mark that they gave people an extra dollar though. Wishful thinking lol. My understanding is those who were bumped to 15 last year and received no raise now will get the 2% in February, .30cents an hour. This is what I was told by management
I get wanting more money. But you have to decide. Stay where you’re at or move up. That’s how it works in this country. Sure I should be a manger but it’s meh to me. Less pay but less stress, set schedule, etc. That’s good for me.
It’s by department not years. Some areas ar seeing an increase and others won’t. But, remember the people that are getting an increase now will not see an increase in February. Anyone that did not get an increase now will see an increase in February unless you are at cap.

Yes… you should get the extra dollar my dept went from 15 to 18 a hour ive been with the company 8 years and I looked at mine and I am getting 19 a hour. If you have not been with the company 7 years yet I doubt you will get the extra dollar
Hahaha the longer you have been here the less likely you will a raise...30 year people like me will not be getting raises...they just stress us more and more in the hopes we leave.mmm
