Management knowingly provided misinformation to suit their needs and questions why you didn't do as you were told when the ask is NEVER clear. They self promote CONSTANTLY with org updates coming every couple of weeks. They shaft you with well deserved raises and bonuses and question why morel is low and work performed isn't the same as it once was. Using the bank provided training and getting the f out of here!
