What is happening with BofA and long term planning? It seems to me that the focus is so much on short term plans that they are losing sight of the long term strategy... unless the long term strategy implies a complete workforce transformation. As an employee, I am concerned about how many people are leaving given that I have more and more work to do. On the other hand, I can't believe that they can so easily give up the best employees to competitive banks, without whom there is no long term success.
