I wouldn’t give raises to a shop that requires 15 guys to change a link tilt cylinder on a top drive or another 10 guys to install a data plate. They over quote to get the OT, so they don’t have to complain about raises. “But we are the best”…..uuuhhhhh, yeah…if it takes you 3 weeks to replace a 42 pin, then it better be the best damn run 42 pin ever seen. Better make me nut my pants…Bammel gets what bammel deserves….nothing.
