Just a quick look through the latest posts shows how many people are furious about RTO and how many are considering walking away because of it. I'm not saying them and management knowing would change things, but at least when attrition gets out of hand, they'll know the reason. Maybe it will mean something for the future.

Well, duh, of course they read it.
Oh, they're reading 'aight. The more you guys cry and complain and whine, the more HR & Co. knows their plan is working and would double down on RTO and whatever makes employees unhappy to push you guys out of the door and replace you with AIs and the H1B folks. See, HR, BofA, C-level execs, are all sadists and masochists. So, when you RTO bring your whips and chains to show them that you're one of them.
Attrition is the key to saving $$$, we're all replaceable.

HR still reports to BM. They do what he says.
