Is there a mass exodus or hiring increase?

Considering the consent order...it's best to have the exodus...new blood, new ideas, new potential...those compliance gaps are not minor and there is a serious knowledge/application gap. Just warn that other compliance departments aren't in better shape, just better hidden.
