Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Open Letter to the Board and Charlie

Would people be interested in signing on to an open letter to the board and Charlie to express their thoughts and offer suggestions in a more direct way regarding RTO and the location/hub strategy? Hear me out on this. A current Wells employee sets up a new email address on gmail that allows people to receive a copy of the letter, offer edits, and agree to sign or not. The employee with access to the email box verifies if the person emailing is an actual WF employee and puts together a list of employees who sign on to the letter. Then we find a place to publish the letter to get some needed attention on the backward, morale ki----g activities around this place that border on emotional abuse.

I think they're waiting for you to leave so they can replace you with an Indian.

If you only put this much effort into your job, you wouldn't need this site.

They know how people feel. They don’t care. Even though attrition of high performing talent is one of our biggest enterprise risks, they don’t care. They won’t care at all unless they get a consent order about it.

Exit interviews do matter. I know from experience. There was a change in our department due to what someone said once they left.

@tcw+1d4mCZLh - If they really cared to know, they would do a survey focused on employee perspectives on RTO! Their conclusions would be much different than what we’re facing.

no, they don't care. This isn't Google or Apple. What they do monitor are the internal survey results and exit interviews, so be truthful. If you want to hit at them leave those specific comments. It has been discussed at the OC level but there's no official data on RTO/location strategy unless it's mentioned specifically for it to be tracked.

sorry to p33 on your parade - i like your passion but it wont work.
they dont care.

BUT you wanna get attention? Organize a strike. Everyone calls out for 2 days.
Effectively would shut the bank down.
Nominate a non-employee spokesperson to announce to media bank holiday for 2 days due to bank offshoring and other anti-employee bs.

Wells is a hot topic in news.

It would be epic national news and get a LOT of media coverage.

The spokesperson has info packet for all employees to unionize.

Which is ALSO a hot topic.

Think about it for a while.

Let’s do this! Rise up WF, publish this in NYT! Can you imagine Shart frolicking down Madison Ave or heading into Hudson Yards and sees his silver fox hair on the cover of the times! Priceless! Let’s go!

@yos+1d4mCZLh - Why are you on this board if you are so happy at Wells?
