I like to check back here every so often (full disclosure, I’m gone now). But wow, things seem terrible there now. I honestly hate to see this. Keep your head up folks

I bailed about a year ago because of extreme burn out.
Got an offer from another place and almost doubled my pay for more challenging/rewarding work and less stress.
I just hope management realizes that grinding down their work force is going to cause the whole place to implode at some point.
