Have you been getting more and more of “my last day will be” emails lately? I got quite a few lately. I’m glad when people find something better and leave, but I’m also worried about who’s going to do their job? I will not accept any additional work, that's for sure..

I agree and it’s unfortunate.
I plan to leave at the end of the year. Under normal circumstances, I would train 20 people to take my place. Not now. PNR no longer cares about the people who actually make the company function. The investors are the only ones that matter now.

Don’t worry, your hard work will be reflected on your PMP…..and then completely ignored since we are a flat org and no longer give raises or promotions…..you know where the exit is! Another analyst will be lied to and moved into your position, don’t worry!
