Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Don't let Frank see this

This is on the Fiserv career website. Wonder how long before this is removed. Goes against all the recent news.

https://www.careers.fiserv.com/remote-work

"Many Fiserv associates work from home or remotely full time; many more have crafted flexible working arrangements that allow working both virtually and in a local office."

I have been working remotely since 2015 and now thanks to Frank and his rules, won’t have a job. The cities to relocate are way worse than where I currently live. I just told them the same day my decision to stay where I am and not relocating. There are better companies out there 100 % remote jobs and higher salaries.

Yes, it does suck for those of us who have been working from home successfully since covid and were told that after they closed our office we would be permanently remote. Now we are told we can either relocate from FL to NJ or take a package. This isn't only Card Services, it will be across the US per Sr. Leadership. Don't get too co--y thinking you are an exception, you may be next.

That's only there for the salespeople. Otherwise, it's only there to su---r in the naïve.

We have 3,000 sales and service people who work from home, 3000 contact center jobs and about 500 other roles that can be done from home…so actually the website is correct.

We were told only "NASA like" programmers will work from home to attract talent...
