Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Thought I'd post this link for anyone that cares for data regarding vax vs un-vax and doesn't mind reading dry data.

It amazes me how many just throw out numbers with no data. The authors are not left/right, just MD's and Public health officials doing their job.

Take the vaccine or not. It's your choice. Deal with the consequences. Then whine about it.

I do not like the idea of forcing people to do something like this. However your rights to individual freedoms do end where they risk the health of others. You do not have the right to pop off a g-n in your backyard in a heavily populated area where you put the lives of neighbors at risk. Your right to go and and have several drinks and then drive home ends where your drunk driving could put other people on the road at risk. This is not different. This is not a "common flu" This is an uncommon flu, with a higher mortality rate, longer terms health impacts and the potential to overwhelm our medical infrastructure to the point where it puts lives at risk of people who do not have the disease but who cannot get access to medical care.

If the alternative was that you had to where a mask in any setting outside your home (100% of the time), get tested every day and allow electronic tracking of your movements to insure accurate contact tracing, would that be a better alternative for those of you who do not want a shot?

Listen, I hate saying this, but I honestly do not care a wh-t if those of you who are anti vaccination all die. That is your prerogative. What I care is that you are going to get other people sick who may die or have long term debilitative impacts and give the virus more opportunities to mutate and cause vaccines to be less effective. That is NOT your prerogative.

Stop making this a left or right issue and make it a doing what is best for the country and the world. Our society has become too much about, "if you win, then I lose" That should be the case here...

Some chit chat after this email today, I was really shocked to find out that quite a few of our people got the shot months ago but are refusing to do the passport.

"We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."

You will note that promoting the general Welfare was listed before the Blessings of Liberty.

Negative. That’s false info. More and more vaxed folks ending up in the hospital. In some areas there are more vaxed in the hospital than unvaxed. Also, the largest portion of the population unvaxed are African American. Look it up.

I’m all for the vax as I think it’s a good idea; however, no company should be able to dictate to you what medical procedure you get or what medical procedures you’ve had. That’s a gross over reach and a very scary situation. What will they mandate to you next? Ever hear of the Tuskegee experiment? You should be very afraid of the overreach happening now.

I support AT&T requiring vaccine. Keep whining and see where it gets you.

There is no where to hide, airlines, hospitals doing the same. America is not going to die or be held hostage by 60 million id--ts still refusing to accept reality. You do have a choice, you don’t have to get vaccinated, but find you a cave to live in. You don’t live in reality anyway.
