They want new talented employees, but they don’t want the talented employees they already have. Strange. I just wonder where they will find those 2000 new talented employees who will work at the New Jersey campus?

Just want ONE more year here(hopefully), then will be gone at 59.5, early retirement baby! Would be happy if I get RIF'd anytime after July 2022. Spouse is not quitting so will still have health insurance!!
"avg comp is 100k." It's funny how averages work. Is frank working out of that office? If so 999 people can make 0 dollars and he can make his 100 million and the average will still be 100k.
Sigh, I chose early retirement late last year in part because I anticipated the nightmare that the new Fiserv has become. My heart goes out to my former colleagues who are facing many painful career and life choices.
Seems like everyday it is another good bye, early retirement or RIF. Demoralizing.
So do they ever say “these aren’t really new jobs, they’re replacing experienced staff elsewhere who did not want to uproot their lives and families and relocate to one of the highest cost of living areas in the country with associates who while they may be talented have no familiarity with the products, platforms, or clients they’ll be supporting “ .... just wondering

Nope on both —- the jobs are going to be associates and the avg comp is 100k.
They do not want talented employees. They want talented contractors who do not have medical expenses.
Being self insured, this will free up more money for executive bonuses because they don't have as many employees to cover.
Instead of being talented employees, they will change it to be a large call center and pay like $30-35k a person.
