On all hand, employee satisfaction for the bank is 90%... so if you ever wonder whether these are legit, now you know the answer, NO.

My group’s satisfaction was ~80%, our LOB was 92%. Our 2 deep was like 85%.

Anyone who gets a significant part of income as bonus went off on the survey.

Being in the wrong job is like being in a bad relationship.

You will never be happy.

I always give 100% satisfaction replies on those surveys. They are not anonymous. Complain and you earn yourself a spot on the RIF list.

It’s not rocket science.

If you’re miserable, that’s on you. Find a job that gives you satisfaction. Chances are, if you’re unhappy at BoA, you’re not really cut out for corporate America anyway. Of all the companies I’ve worked at, BoA was the easiest.

Should be 99%, the 1% unhappy are the ones complaining here.

Of course the results would be different. THAT was the point.

It’s useful to recall that the surveys wrapped up BEFORE RTO was mentioned. If they had done that survey even one month later, the results would have been vastly different.
