Left with the 80K offer and still collecting UE. Have more money then I ever had. No more stupid first level micro managers. Good riddance!!
Yes with my buyout money to retire early/pension lump sum/401k I’m good to go! No more micro management & stupid tests/rules to deal with from the T!!! No more working in the rain….now hard rain outside, I chuckle and drink my coffee by the fireplace! No stress anymore much happier planning my next trip to go have fun again! 😁
I’m not leaving until I get my severance pay and unemployment. But if you are in bad health take the bait and make Stankey richer. He will get bonus for meeting the goal.

My only concern now is waiting for AT&T to close NJ - I had to work for that cesspool organization for a couple of years - It can't happen soon enough!!!!!
I can't wait to get out of here! Working for a very angry supervisor that doesn't want to leave, but has to decide to stay or go based on losing retirement benefits. Consequently, he's taking his frusration and company resentment out on the technicians...just a total a-ho--!
I enjoy watching it snow all day in the winter now and I can't wait to get up the next day to watch it again .
