It and V and ET and V are vying for the Darwin Award . Audit is a close second in this nine- group race. Audit here is so inept, one IT Audit Director fell asleep during a Tollgate meeting . When woken up (while on camera), this woman said she was tired from a very difficult prior - Yes, Tollgate - meeting .

All are a mess filled with people that don’t want to work and don’t know how to add value. Have to say t&v wins this one as they are unique to wells and can’t begin to add any value as checkers checking checkers. Patrick Dillon is incredibly incompetent.

They’re all pretty bad and full of high priced jobs with zero risk and control experience. The ORBO teams aligned to the businesses are probably the most useless. They just sit and don’t do anything. Follow compliance lead. The business aligned control teams don’t have a clue about controls and issues. Audit is just off in la La lane. They have inept processes and work their people to death leading to ineffective results.

I love how none of them can explain what they do vis a vis some other team. And they get really miffed if you ask them. How on earth are we supposed to keep them all straight? (And please don’t make me take Fundamentals of Risk Management or some other useless class. I already took it and I still can’t figure it out…)

Generally agree . Slight disagreement on the specific teams in TC that are useless. Some are slightly better and are trying hard. The ones that have done well are also being deprived of staff . The most uses ones are very bloated
