The the last thing they montion (page 73) but hey, at least we got an honorable mention.

bank workers to ensure megabanks are protecting consumers and complying with the law through the creation of a Bank Worker Bill of Rights.

Such a package could, among other things, protect workers’ rights to unionize, strengthen whistleblower protections, curb forced arbitration and non-disclosure agreements to encourage current and former employees to speak out when they witness actions that harm consumers, ensure adequate staff training for compliance with consumer protection laws, and incorporate feedback from a wider range of employees as part of the examination process."

One step closer to Nationalized - or government controlled banking. Is this really what you want?

Workers right have been under attack since the 80s from the elitist oligarchy that run corporations. Subtle at first and now they don’t hide it any more since their money already bought all the politicians on both sides of the aisle.

We also need a fast food workers bill of rights, gas station attendants bill of rights, used car dealership bill of rights, fitness club machine washer bill of rights, just to name a few.

So definitely a lack of empathy.

Not a generational thing since I am probably older than you are.

I have not seen a useful comment yet, just hatred of the average worker.

Banking is one of the most lucrative industries in the USA. Most ppl I see here at wells work 9-5 with an hour lunch break, get full benefits, bonus and more PTO than 90% of the other companies

Based on the comments across this board, no amount of anything will ever change the culture. You'd have to assume that we're staffed by whiners and malcontents. Maybe if the people who don't want to work here (and root for the bank to fail against their own best interest) left, we could attract some folks who are a bit more positive. I'm not holding my breath though.
