When the company treats its work force like a commodity, then expect commodity like results. Why would anyone care about the success or failure on products or services? Just pay me and STFU, because compensation doesn't include me listening to your BS.
It takes any technical person brought on-board at least 6 months before they are productive and producing at 100%....So we bring them on-board, train them and kick them out the door.....Sounds like IBM....and how has that worked out for us? Hmmmm

Hah, the joke is on Stank. Running a complex network is not driving a glorified taxi service. The "gig economy" nonsense means fly by night employees with no accountability or commitment. Poor Stank. He has to stop reading the puff pieces in business mags. He actually believes that nonsense.

The answer is no. Nobody wants to hear from Stankey. He is over his head and nobody trusts him. We tried, but we got burned over and over. Stankey needs to go. Keep Stankey and you keep T on the same path. Fact.

I can't believe they let through the question about losing all the software developers and how would we do all this new work. And Stinkey's take on it "we expected it and that's why we changed the benefit plan." Seems from what I'm seeing is that all the software developers are leaving because they changed the benefit plan.
But as we know, Stinkey seems to be the expert in experting.
