How insane are your managers about recovery?.. We have gone from it needs to be decent to if it is not absolutely perfect your life is in danger in just a weeks time. It is insane to believe recovery can be perfect when people have been shopping the ENTIRE time you are recovering. I am about to have a nervous breakdown from the stress. 30 years here and can't move like I did when I was 20...

It's honestly super creepy. It's like working in an insane asylum where the inmates are in charge.
Same here. Used to give a couple days to recover, not anymore, everyone is stressed to the max.
