West side flats- saint pual Mn. Portland Oregon. Both call center outbound department laid off effective November 1st. Last year they took away their incentives. This year they laid them off. It’s a trend.

Considering peer banks all have their branch employees making outbound calls instead of dedicated call centers, this seems more like the state of times than a US Bank problem.
