Careful with retail managers are pushing shady practices on reps for sales like don’t sell upgrades they don’t count only sell new lines. Say we don’t have the phone or go to authorized stores and many other unethical forcing reps.

It’s called customer abuse .
Anyone that expects management to be ethical is foolish. At&t management is full of people that were unqualified to get a management job anywhere else. They took the job knowing it was their only hope and are willing to do and say anything to keep it so their daughter Jenny can go to college and turn out just like them. I had 13 managers in my career and I outlasted every lying last one of them. Any manager that says otherwise was a broom closet manager with no subordinates.
